Internship Constructionworker

Who are we?
Wimorost is a dynamic and rapidly growing company located in the port and industrial area of Moerdijk. Every day we are involvedin the preparation and assembly of (complex) steel structures. Together with a multidisciplinary team, we perform various tasks. We handle work preparation, procurement of materials, assembly of structures and their transportation. We work both in our own workshop
in Moerdijk and at various project sites. Think of installing and dismantling offshore structures.

What will you learn ?

• The manufacturing and processing of steel
• Work preparation
• Measuring and inspecting products
• Working with various tools and machines
• Reading of work drawings
• Working in the workshop and/or on project site(s)
• Assembling steel structures

Who are we looking for ? 

• You are enrolled in a training program in the field of construction (bench) work or metalworking
• You are available for a minumum of 38 hours per week
• You possess a VCA-B certificate or are willing to obtain one
• You have a vocational education (level 2 or 3) work and thinking level
• You are driven an enthusiastic
• You can work independently and in a team
